Alexander Albon, who currently drives for Toro Rosso F1 team will replace Pierre Gasly at Red-Bull F1 team.
Gasly, who had made the step-up to the senior team after having a season with Toro-Rossso has been underperforming throughout the season.
The Frenchman has scored just 63 points while his team-mate Max Verstappen has scored 181 points with two wins and numerous podiums.
Alex Albon himself made his debut in F1 this year and has impressed at Toro Rosso alongside much experienced Daniil Kvyat.
Red-Bull F1 Team said in a statement:
"Aston Martin Red Bull Racing will race with a new driver line-up from the Belgian Grand Prix onwards."
"Red Bull are in the unique position of having four talented Formula One drivers under contract who can be rotated between the Team and Toro Rosso. The Team will use the next nine races to evaluate Alex’s performance in order to make an informed decision as to who will drive alongside Max in 2020."

Pierre Gasly will return back to Toro-Rosso with which he started his F1 career in an attempt to regain his lost form.
